Tim Erlandson Construction LLC is a locally owned and operated concrete contracting company. It is located on the corner of Blue Star Highway and 120th Avenue, between Saugatuck and South Haven.

We specialize in residential and light commercial concrete flatwork and blockwork. This includes, but is not limited to: basement floors, barn floors, driveways, garage floors, footings, foundations, patios, sidewalks etc. We offer decorative/stamped concrete with a wide variety of colors and patterns. We also offer exposed aggregate.
